PennforJesus Mission and Vision

PennforJesus is a student-led group seeking to serve as a catalyst to convene students and staff at the University of Pennsylvania for prayer, worship, and fellowship to edify and unify the body of Christ at Penn for the glory of God.

We are committed to the ongoing process of mobilizing the whole body of Christ at Penn to strategically focus all of its resources on reaching the whole campus with the whole gospel, aspiring towards the redemption and the transformation of the Penn community.

WHO: PennforJesus is a Penn student organization made up of people who love Jesus and want to see His power come to the campus and city. We are not a fellowship, but seek to work together with all of the many Christian fellowships to see revival come to our campus and region by working in unity under the head of the whole Body - Jesus Christ.

WHY: We believe that Jesus blesses communities with united Christian movements. We've seen evidence from all over the world of what God does when Christians come together, and we want to bring that same power to Penn. We believe it will transform the campus and the community in incredible ways.

WHAT: Toward that goal, we focus our efforts on four main areas: prayer, worship, service, and outreach.
